What this site is
Worldwide Scholarships is a directory of verified funding for international students, alongside long-form guides on how scholarship funding actually works: application strategy, financial aid mechanics, and the fine print that generic "top 10 scholarships" lists leave out. The directory currently lists 199 programmes, searchable by country, degree level and deadline. It is free to use and does not require an account.
How we check what we publish
Every scholarship deadline, award amount and eligibility rule on this site is traced to the awarding body's own website, not an aggregator, not another blog, not a press release. Before anything is published, each factual claim is checked against the page it cites, and that check runs again over time rather than once. See our editorial policy for the full standard, including exactly what we will not publish and how advertising is kept separate from editorial decisions.
How this site is produced
Research and drafting are AI-assisted. An automated pipeline searches for primary sources, drafts against what it found, and then has to prove every perishable claim against a live URL before anything can be published. Drafts that fail that check are discarded rather than corrected and pushed out. Editorial decisions, corrections and the standards on this page are human.
We think that combination is worth being upfront about. The alternative most scholarship sites choose is to generate content at volume and say nothing about it.
Corrections
If you find something wrong, tell us and we will fix it. Accuracy on this site matters more than looking authoritative, and a correction costs us nothing next to somebody missing a funding round.
